Next, locate the account and control numbers on your Choice Gas selection form. Enter those numbers in the appropriate to the right, along with the confirmation code of your selected SGES price option. Then, simply click SUBMIT and you're done! It's that easy.

	FIXED RATE PER THERM - lock your rate per therm for the whole year! Your monthly gas bill will only vary depending on the amount of gas you use
